OFFICIAL RULES

Lucia Eyes Spectrometer Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The Lucia Eyes Spectrometer Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Lucia Vision, LLC, 2140 Hall Johnson Road, Suite 103, Grapevine, TX 76051 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 1, 2026 and ends October 15, 2026. Entries received outside the Giveaway period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter, read the applicable Lucia Eyes article, correctly answer the giveaway question, and submit the required information through the giveaway entry form associated with that article.

No purchase is necessary.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for this Giveaway/article. A person may separately enter other Lucia Eyes article giveaways when offered, subject to the official rules applicable to each giveaway.

Incomplete, duplicate, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Lucia Eyes glasses. The winner may choose the frame, subject to availability. Standard U.S. shipping is included at no cost to the winner.

The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that correctly answer the giveaway question.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided with the entry. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Privacy and Marketing
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, including contacting and verifying the winner, and will be handled in accordance with Lucia Eyes’ privacy practices.

Entering the Giveaway does not require the entrant to subscribe to Lucia Eyes marketing emails. Any option to receive marketing communications is separate and voluntary.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent it from operating as intended.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

10. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that correctly answer the giveaway question.

11. Winner Information
Where permitted by law, information regarding the winner may be made available upon request after the Giveaway has concluded.
